I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist based between New York, Austin, and Sydney, with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and leaders navigate change, strengthen communication, and create meaningful growth. My work blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Nutritional Psychology, and Lifestyle Medicine, grounded in both science and compassion.
Beyond my clinical practice, I advise startups and leadership teams on organizational strategy and culture, bringing a psychologist’s lens to how companies build trust, alignment, and emotional intelligence as they grow. I also speak internationally on topics at the intersection of mental health, relationships, and communication.
